Choosing an engagement ring is the start of a new chapter in a love story. At Garrard, it brings the opportunity to add your story to a rich history of great romances, with a ring that is the perfect expression of your feelings.
From size, cut and colour to a personalised inscription inside, the Garrard team is on hand to help with the decisions that will make sure your ring is just right.
In 1840, Garrard created a sapphire and diamond cluster brooch for Prince Albert, who gave it to Queen Victoria on the occasion of their wedding. Today sapphires are synonymous with the House, and every Garrard engagement ring includes the stone, set on the inside of its band, ensuring every bride has her ‘something blue”.
Every Garrard jewel is designed and created in the House Studio. Gems are sourced for their cut, colour and clarity, and then used in designs that are conceived to be beautiful, perfectly proportioned and versatile. A history stretching back to 1735 means that every jewel finds its inspiration rooted in Garrard heritage, either from a moment in time or an iconic royal tiara, brooch, ring or necklace. An awareness of modern lives means they are developed to be a pleasure to wear.
