Garrard was the proud sponsor of the Fashion for Relief fashion show and auction to benefit the White Ribbon Alliance hosted by Naomi Campbell in London.

The high octane affair brought together top international personalities from fashion, music, film, TV, sports and society. Cheryl Cole, Estelle, Jo Wood, and Trudie Styler shared the catwalk with British Olympic superstars Sarah Ayton and Rebecca Adlington to lend their support to this worthwhile cause.

All eyes were on Naomi Campbell wearing in a stunning 16-carat Emerald necklace by Garrard. Cheryl Cole donned a regal Spinel and Diamond Tiara also designed by Garrard. The catwalk continued to sparkle as models and celebrities adorned with several millions of pounds worth of jewels, showed off Garrard’s latest collections. The Sugababes modeled the delicate Hummingbird Collection whilst Daisy Lowe, Jamelia, Tamara Beckwith and Olympian Sarah Ayton all chose to wear pieces from Garrard’s iconic Wings collection.

Garrard chose to highlight this worthy cause by auctioning a pink Sapphire pendant from their latest collection Hummingbird, raising £15,000 for the White Ribbon Alliance.

Terri Eagle, Group Chief Executive Officer of Garrard, said, “Garrard is extremely proud to have been the official sponsor of such an important and heartfelt programme. Fashion for Relief is a unique and thoughtful event with an even better cause. We are thrilled to work with the celebrities and designers who support this charity in a joint effort to raise money for the White Ribbon Alliance.”

The White Ribbon Alliance, patroned by Sarah Brown, is an international coalition of organisations and individuals, active from grassroots to government and international level, saving the lives of pregnant women and newborn babies around the world.

All money raised through the Fashion for Relief event will go directly to the White Ribbon Alliance, where the funds will be put straight to work in saving lives of women and newborns across the world. It will be used to promote and increase awareness of the need to make pregnancy and childbirth safe for women and newborns in developing and developed countries. Childbirth and pregnancy is the single biggest killer of women under 20 worldwide - 99 percent of these deaths are in developing countries – and almost all could be prevented.
